Return & Refund Policy
1. General Return Timeframe
Our return policy lasts for 15 days from the date your order is delivered. If 15 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
- Reporting Window: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery.
- How to Report: Please contact us at info@reliablepowersports.net with your order number and photo evidence of the damage/defect.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. If deemed necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged inventory.
3. Voluntary Returns (Non-Damaged / Non-Defective)
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or simply because you no longer want it, the following conditions apply:
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Electronic Items.
- Wear Items.
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Gift cards.
- Final Sale items.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at info@reliablepowersports.net to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. If we did not provide you with a return label, we require using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the 20% restocking fee for voluntary returns), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
